In its annual report 2011, NGO "SOS Racism" accused political parties of 'encouraging' xenophobia.

This is one of the main conclusions of the 2011 Annual Report  of the organization, which collects the progress and setbacks in this area both in Europe as in  Spain, and has warned of  the "dangerous drift"  of political discourse and how it affects perceptions of society.

It is becoming more and more accepted mentality that if there is no resources for all, "the Spanish first," especially in matters such as health, education and basic services, explained at a news conference coordinator of the report, Mikel Mazkiaran .
