The National Social Inclusion Strategy's attachment ('Analysis of situation") pointed out that employment rate of the Roma population hardly reaches the 20%. %. The employment rate of Roma women, 10%, is particularly worrisome.[1] In 2011 the employment rate within the general population was 55.4%.[2]
