The Law 3536/2007 provided for the establishment of a National Committee for the Integration of Migrants, but no representatives of migrants would participate (Art. 1.2). By the Art. 78 of the Law 3852/2010 (called Plan Kallikrates for the local government), in each municiaplity a Council for the Integration of Migrants is established with the participation of 5-11 members, among whom representatives of migrants. |
