According to the 4th ECRI report on Greece, "as the Greek authorities have pointed out themselves, and the Ombudsman has confirmed, there is a very high drop-out rate among Roma pupils." ECRI also notes with concern, as acknowledged by the authorities themselves, that there is a 12% drop-out rate among Pomak (part of the Muslim minority of Western Thrace) children. |
