No official data available; nevertheless studies show that migrants receive lower wages than Greeks.

Qualitative Info

Although official data is not available, economic studies agree that there are wage differentials between Greek and migrant workers.

The study of Nick Drydakis and  Minas Vlassis (2010), "Ethnic Discrimination In The Greek Labour Market: Occupational Access, Insurance Coverage And Wage Offers," Manchester School, University of Manchester, 78(3), 201-218, demostrates that Albanian workers' potential wage contracts are on the average 8.8% below those of Greeks, and 5.3% below the legal minimum wage.

The study of Petros Kosmas (2009), The  Integration of Migrants in the Labour Market, PhD. thesis, Charokopeio University of Athens, shows that differential pay rates for migrants exist in all age categories.
