Short Answer

No.

Qualitative Info

There is no valid information on the mortality rate of the population with a migration background available. Therefore only the mortality rate of the foreign population can be considered.
Between 2003 and 2007 there has been a steady decline of the standardized mortality rate (Europe-standard) for foreign men and in total also a decline for foreign women, although in their case the decline was not a steady one. By contrast, in the same time period, the standardized mortality rate (Europe-standard) has increased for German men and slightly decreased for German women.
