No. the Law on the Rights and Freedoms of Foreigners in Spain and their Social Integration is, in part, the result of a Constitutional Court decision of 2007 recognising immigrants’ right to associate, join trade unions and strike, regardless of their administrative situation. It also incorporates the EU Directives in this field. |
