he European Court of Human Righs has condemned Spain in several ocasions for not properly investigating the alegations of torture. Even though the Spanish gocernment only admints isolated cases International Amnesty reports that the governent has not made enought efforts in otder to gather and publish all the data about thuis subject. This is why "a situation of impunity has been exacerbated which promotes the apearence of new mistreatment cases year after year" in Spain. |
