In Spain, in most of the cases, order to become a civil servant it is necessary to be Spanish or from a country memeber of the E.U., married or son of a Spainish citizen or from a country with which Spain has an international agreement that allows it. For some basic positions it is only necessary to have a residence permit. Very few gypsies apply for a civil servant job. 5,52% os Spanish population are civil servants. |
