Qualitative Info |
So far no complaints were lodged to the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination and Human Rights Committee against Slovenia. However, in its 2003 concluding observations following the review of the periodic reports submitted by Slovenia the Committee found several areas where activity of the state is required in order to remedy discriminatory situations of Roma, ‘erased’ people and unrecognized national minorities. Similar concerns were raised in the Universal Periodic Review in 2010.
