Short Answer

The term "statelessness" is not mentioned as such in the list of grounds of discrimination, but it could be covered by the expression "any other ground".

Art.2.(1) of the Governmental Ordinance No. 137 of 31 August 2000 on preventing and sanctioning all forms of discrimination, republished with amendments in the Official Journal No.99 of 8 February 2007 prescribes an open-ended list of grounds of discrimination.
