Article 6 letter z point dd of the Law No.292/2011 of social assistance defines the process of social integration as representing the "interaction between and individual and a group or a social environment through which a functioning balance of the parties is ensured." Those targetted by this law are majority citizens, EU and EEA citizens as well as foreigners and stateless persons under specific circumstances, as defined by the law (Art 5). Persons with a disability are one of the targetted groups. |
