There is no such evidence available as far as migrants are concerned.
Concerning Roma people, this minority group is considered more vulnerable to various diseases in comparison with the rest of society. Higher morbidity and, in consequence, higher mortality, is caused, among others, by the problems of economic nature and the non-use of public healthcare by the Roma. This is the reason of the lower average length of life within Roma minority.
