Qualitative Info

Initiatives strictly concerning issues of discrimination and racism at work are primarily various types of training on anti-discrimination legislation. In addition, projects are conducted in order to facilitate access to legal work in Poland. This mainly concerns two groups most vulnerable to exclusion from the labour market – the Roma and refugees, which in Poland are mostly Chechens.
