“At the end of 2010, the Court had delivered 25 judgments concerning Ireland, of which 15 found at least one violation of the European Convention on Human Rights, primarily of Article (right to a fair trial within a reasonable time) and Article 8 (right to respect for private and family life), and 5 found no violation.” European Court Of Human Rights
