Qualitative Info |
There is no legislation penalising or prohibiting the establishment of and membership in organisations which promote, incite, propagate or organize racial discrimination against an individual or group of individuals. However, the Verbotsgesetz (Prohibition Statute) prohibits the NSDAP (National Socialist German Workers' Party) and its related organisations and associations. To participate in the NSDAP or a similar or related organisation is a punishable offence. Source: http://www.ris.bka.gv.at/GeltendeFassung.wxe?Abfrage=Bundesnormen&Gesetzesnummer=10000207 |
