Short Answer

In 2010, the Equal Treatment Commission examined a total of 62 cases concerning discrimination on grounds of ethnic origin. In 2011 the ETC examined 75 cases.

Qualitative Info

In 2010, the Senate I of the Equal Treatment Commission (equal treatment between men and women in the employment area) examined 36 cases, the Senate II (equal treatment irrespective of ethnic belonging, religion, belief, age and sexual orientation in the employment area) 17 cases and the Senate III (equal treatment irrespective of gender or ethnic belonging in other areas) 9 cases concerning ethnic origin or multiple discriminatin including ethnic origin.

In 2011, Senate I examined 49 cases, Senate II 14 cases and Senate III 12 cases.
