There are convictions because of incitement to hatred and under the prohibition law.

Qualitative Info

In 2010, nine persons were condemned because of Sec. 283 (1) Criminal Code which makes Verhetzung (incitement to hatred) a punishable offence and three persons were discharged. 40 persons were condemned under Sect. 31 ff Prohibition Law (Verbotsgesetz - covering national socialist offences).
