    The Swedish Government Official Report about unlawful discrimination

 

In this report, a review of the provision on unlawful discrimination and an analysis of the Justice system are made. The study looks at if the provision on unlawful discrimination has  serves as an effective tool against discrimination. Among the discussed issues, is the use of the concept of race in Swedish legislation. The report suggests that race as a concept should not be used in the Swedish legislation.
