This book consists of a collection of texts devoted to the situation of foreigners living in Poland, with particular emphasis on the problem of discrimination. They are written from different perspectives (mainly sociological and legal) and based on various sources, such as the first pilot research conducted using discrimination tests or interviews with these foreigners and the civil servants working with them. The publication focuses largely on the issue of relations between foreigners and Poles, and also describes cases of discrimination that foreigners have reported to the organisation providing free legal assistance to immigrants.
