A motorbike team of the neo-Nazi Golden Dawn party organised a raid in Pakistani immigrants' shops in St. Nicolas Square (Athens). According to the Movement "United against Racism and the Fascist Threat", the neo-Nazis entered the shops and asked the immigrants who were inside to close their shops and leave. They also gave the owners a week to permanently close the stores and leave from the region.

Left parties and immigrant organisations denounce that several raids have taken place in the regions of Nikaia (Piraeus) and Eleonas (Athens) and speak of a resurgence of racist violence [1].
