Four recommendations of the HALDE and ILO in order to prevent discrimination at workplace

The High Authority against discrimination and for equality and the French office of the International Labour Organisation presented on February 2008  four recommendations in order to fight discriminations at workplaces:

- Role and importance of employees respresentatives in the denunciation of discrimination

- Establishment by companies of internal warning devices

- Application of the negotiations obligations, as stipulated in the law

- Involvement in negociations for global promotion of equality
