Framework conventions were signed between Ministry of Justice, International League against Racisme and Anti-Semitism and SOS Racisme on December 14, 2007. These conventions have two objectives:

- to sensitize the magistrates with the question of racism and discriminations, in particular by reinforcing the cooperation between the Prosecution Services and the local committees of the two associations

- to entrust to the two associations a mission of training the justice practitioners.
