The new  council of xenophobic political party (Spain 2000) in the city of Alcalá de Henares, Rafael Ripoll, has opened at the regular plenary session of November with a xenophobic discourse, accusing  immigrants of raising  the data of violence against  women.

Ripoll has agreed with the proposal of another Councillor to put "names and surnames" to those who exercise violence. But then added: "You have to make public the nationality and say what culture they belong."
