After the 2010 LGBT Festival an organiser leaving the location was followed by extremists, then attacked by them at a crowded square in the city centre. The public transportation ticket controllers present caught the two attackers, but when they told them they attacked the victim because he is gay, they let them go. The victim reported the case to the police.[1]
