The discrimination test was performed in Warsaw in March 2011 as part of the European Testing Night, an initiative of the European Grassroots Antiracist Movement (EGAM). This test showed the existence of discriminatory practices against black people – they were not allowed to enter three of eight clubs, while a moment later ‘white couples’ entered these places without any problems. In two places both tested pairs were refused entry. The Testing Night in Poland was organized by the Institute of Public Affairs, Legal Intervention Association and Diversity Forum.
