On February 16, the authorities of the city of Poznań organized a meeting devoted to the issue of discrimination against the Roma in access to services. The aim of the meeting was to mediate between the Roma community and the owners of clubs and restaurants. Delegates of the police and main public bodies dealing with the issue of racism (e.g. the Government Plenipotentiary for Equal Treatment, Monitoring Team on Racism and Xenophobia), as well as representatives of NGOs (including Roma association) took part in this meeting.  Unfortunately, only one restaurant owner accepted the invitation to the meeting. The owner of Cuba Libre was not present during the meeting.
