On May 9th, 2009 five adolescents (between 14 and 17 years) disturbed the commemoration festivities of the liberation of the former concentration camp Ebensee (Upper Austria). They shouted Nazi slogans and performed the Hitler salute; three of them shot with soft guns at the visitors, some of them being Holocaust survivors. In May 2010, the prosecution service (Wels) initiated indictments against four adolescents with regard to offences of the Prohibition Statute. The trial started on 24.10.2010. Three of the four young men were found guilty.
