On 27 March, 2012, Institute of Public Affairs announces the launch of the RED Portal including the Early Warning System and Atlas of Racism, Discrimination and Equality. The presentation of the Project and its outcomes will take place during the seminar: “Discrimination of foreigners in Poland. Monitoring and diagnosis of the phenomenon”.
